Our Story & Our House

Built on tradition, fueled by community, and pouring the best craft beer in Archdale.

Firehouse Building Before Renovation

The History of The Firehouse

Originally built in 1970, 10146 N Main Street served for decades as a cornerstone of safety and service for the Archdale community...

A Labor of Love

The modern chapter of the Firehouse began in 2020, when our founder, Javier, purchased the building. Over the next 20 months, Javier dedicated himself to a meticulous renovation, transforming the old engine bays into the beautiful community hub it is today. Following a health-related decision to retire, Javier passed the torch to our current owner, Arman, in December 2025. Arman’s goal is to build upon that foundation of excellence with a "community-first" approach.

Firehouse Building Today

The Heart of the House

We are proud to be led by a management team that has been the heartbeat of the Taproom since its earliest days:

Laura (General Manager)

A "genius orchestrator" who joined shortly after our opening, Laura oversees the daily pulse of the business—from sourcing local entertainment to ensuring every guest feels at home.

Devin (Assistant Manager)

Also a member of the original team, Devin is a dual-threat talent who excels as both our lead bartender and a premier DJ, keeping the energy high and the drinks flowing.
